Our blowing lines have been equipped with the latest technologies which fitted by the film surface treater, auto loader, film width controller, PLC temperature control, loadcell converter and tension control winder.

2) Printing
In-line up to 4 color fully computerizes gravure printing machine for customer specifications, our printing department will be in charged by workers who have working experiences with more than 10 years to ensure the highest quality of product. 

3) Cutting Machine
Fully computerized quality control cutting machine with the servo motor, automatic tension control, edge position controller.

4) Production
The life-time for all of our production machines are not more than 5 years. We are always hunting for new technology machines and nowadays our machines are completed with computerized and sensor. All of our high technology machines have been monitoring by experience workers to unsure quality of the product. Our objectives is to achieve 99% acceptance by our customer. Other than that, short delivery time respected is the schedule of our production to meet our customer needs and expected. Our mission is to achive the ISO 9002 to underscored our quality product

5) Recycle
With knowing importance of environmental friendly, we have a waste recycle machines to recycle our wastages and re-use it to produce lower quality bag besides the biodegradable bag. We are one of the factory which produce products from stage of waste to finish goods.
