tested for microcopic pinholes.
Pinhole testing ensures that all
condoms are the highest quality
before wrapping.

4. Water Leak Testing Machine

Condoms are randomly selected
 from the production lots and
tested to ensure that the condoms
are free from hole. This test
confirms the electronic pinhole
testing.

5. Air Burst Testing Machine

This machine is used to test
condom bursting volume and
pessure. It is also used to check
the evenness of the rubber film.

6. Tensile Testing Machine

This Machine tests the condom
tensile strengh, elongation and
force.

7. Foiling Machine

All Condoms are lubricated and
hermatically seal. Each condom is
enclosed in foil wrapper.

8. Wrapping Machine

Automatic wrapping machine
applying convenient tear tape
for best protection to the
packaging.
